Trump rally highlights historic coast-to-coast violent crime drop

Trump's Nassau Academy rally with Blanche and Patel touted an 18.1% murder drop and 6,000 DC arrests in a coast-to-coast crime slide.

Summary

President Trump held a Nassau Academy rally highlighting a historic coast-to-coast violent crime drop.
Deputy AG Blanche and U.S. Attorney Patel joined to tout enforcement wins including murder down 18.1% in cited metrics.
Trump cited a surge of about 6,000 arrests in Washington, D.C., as part of the federal crime push.
The event framed 2026 enforcement and prosecution as reversing Biden-era soft-on-crime trends.
Republicans are campaigning on measurable violent crime slides in major cities ahead of the midterms.

Murder down double digits is not a vibe. It is what happens when prosecutors and ICE stop apologizing for arrests.

Blanche and Patel on stage signal DOJ is all-in on street-level enforcement, not NGO listening tours.

Critics will nitpick categories. Voters will remember whether their subway felt safer. Numbers beat narratives.
