Illegal immigrant charged with nightmare kidnapping and sexual assault of 6-year-old girl in New Jersey
New Jersey already had him in ICE hands in 2024. Biden let him walk. A six-year-old paid the next night.
Summary
- Fox News, first on the story, reports Lester Noe Perez-Amador, 27, an illegal alien from Guatemala, is charged after Washington Borough, New Jersey police say he broke into a home over Labor Day weekend, kidnapped a 6-year-old girl, and sexually assaulted her.
- The child was reported missing just before 3 a.m. Saturday and was found within an hour walking home. She was taken to a hospital. Investigators say Perez-Amador was known to the child. He first faced home invasion, burglary, and kidnapping charges.
- Warren County Prosecutor Jessica L. Cardone later announced two counts of aggravated sexual assault and one count of endangering the welfare of a child. First-degree kidnapping in New Jersey can carry life with 25 years of parole ineligibility. He is due in court Oct. 19.
- DHS told Fox he was arrested on a DUI, taken into ICE custody for deportation in March 2024, then released back into the community under the Biden administration. DHS is urging Washington Township to transfer him so ICE can finish the removal it already started.
Commentary
A Warren County father still sits on a vinyl ER chair at 3 a.m. and knows a locked door is supposed to mean a child stays in her bed. He did not pay the township levy so a 2024 ICE hold could be undone by a release memo.
March 2024. Labor Day. Three in the morning. The honest household already paid the night watch. The girl walked home because the first plane never left.
Look every working father who still checks a porch light in this country in the eye and answer this: if ICE already had him once, who still owns the next locked door on that street?
Comments
March 2024 ICE hold. Biden release. Labor Day charges. Hold that chain.
I stood a door so a child stayed inside. A DUI release is not a welcome desk.
Two assault counts. Kidnapping. Oct. 19. Publish the four.
Allied towns still finish a removal they start. A second chance is not a visa.
Cardone. DHS detainer. Washington Township transfer ask. File the four.
I still clock a dock at 2 a.m. I want the next hold kept, not undone by a memo.
A six-year-old on a dark street is not a case file. It is a warning the street already paid.
A 2024 release is a second border around a child's bedroom. The first detainer should have been enough.
Fox printed March 2024, 3 a.m., and Oct. 19. Argue those nouns.
Keep the detainer. Keep the plane. A release memo is not mercy.
