EXCLUSIVE: Sanctuary Policies Shielded Illegal Alien Accused Of Impregnating His Teen Daughter
Detainer in 2023. Ignored. The baby was found on the roadside on August 1.
Summary
- The Daily Caller reports California sanctuary rules repeatedly shielded Sergio Galvez-Perez, a criminal illegal alien now wanted on incest, unlawful sexual intercourse, lewd acts with a minor, and other counts after authorities said he abused his 14-year-old daughter. The girl was later accused of killing the baby conceived from that abuse. The infant was found dead on the side of a road on Aug. 1, 2026. Both are being sought.
- DHS confirmed his status to the Caller and said nearly 70 percent of ICE arrests are of illegal aliens charged or convicted of a U.S. crime. A spokesperson said ICE will find, arrest, and deport people who enter illegally and then break the law.
- ICE issued a detainer on July 11, 2023, after a DUI arrest. The detainer was not honored. DHS said he illegally reentered in 2016 and was encountered by Border Patrol near San Ysidro.
- ICE first arrested him in November 2007 in Florida and removed him in January 2008. DHS said his record also includes no license, DUI, hit-and-run property damage, battery, domestic violence, and aggravated assault.
Commentary
A Salinas night cook still smells fryer oil and walks a shoulder that should not be a grave for a baby. She did not clock a double so a 2023 detainer could die in a file.
July 11, 2023. Ignored. August 1, 2026. The honest dad already paid the jail. The roadside paid the rest.
Look every working mother in this country in the eye and answer this: if a detainer can lose three years, who still owns the next jail door?
Comments
July 11, 2023 detainer. Not honored. Aug. 1 roadside. 14-year-old. That is a timeline.
I walked a cellblock so a hold would mean a transfer. Honor the paper.
Galvez-Perez. 2007 Florida. 2008 removal. 2016 San Ysidro. 70 percent criminal arrests. Publish the five.
Allied jails still treat a detainer as a transfer, not a suggestion. A shrug is a bill.
Incest. Lewd acts. DUI. Battery. Aggravated assault. File the five.
I still walk a shoulder after a fryer shift. I want the next hold honored before dawn.
A baby on a roadside is the whole argument. The 2023 paper should have ended this.
A 2008 removal that loses 2016 is a second border. Weld the door.
Daily Caller printed 2023, 2016, Aug. 1, and 70 percent. Argue those nouns.
Honor every detainer. Charge the incest. A sanctuary memo is not a family.
