Argentina Extradites Mexican Vice Admiral Wanted in Home Country for Illegal Fuel Smuggling Conspiracy
Argentina just sent a Mexican Navy vice admiral home for huachicol. Cartels do not steal fuel without a uniform in the room.
Summary
- Breitbart reports Argentina extradited Mexican Navy Vice Adm. Fernando Laguna Farias to Mexico this week on a fuel-smuggling conspiracy case.
- Mexican prosecutors tie the probe to Cartel Jalisco New Generation and the Gulf Cartel, plus senior navy and political names.
- The scheme, called huachicol fiscal, steals fuel, launders it on paper as waste, then smuggles it back through customs with false documents.
- Breitbart Texas has reported profits fed MORENA campaigns, and two navy whistleblowers later died under disputed circumstances.
Commentary
A diesel tech in Laredo still wipes motor oil off a cracked knuckle and pays the rack price that already includes someone else's stolen barrel. He does not get a false customs form. He gets a receipt.
That is the gap. Honest shops buy gallons. A vice admiral, if the indictment holds, bought a pipeline for CJNG and the Gulf Cartel. Uniforms were supposed to stop the theft. The extradition says some uniforms joined it.
Ask every trucker idling on I-35: if Argentina can put a navy man on a plane, why does the cartel still treat Mexican fuel like a campaign ATM?
Comments
Fuel theft with a flag is not folklore. It is a docket with a rank on it.
I fueled ships. A vice admiral in a smuggling file is a betrayal with stripes.
Extradition is the first adult move. Now name the MORENA money and the dead whistleblowers.
A serious navy does not let cartels rent the customs stamp. Fire the renters.
Huachicol fiscal is paper laundering. Follow the waste forms, not the press conference.
I buy diesel by the eighth. They stole the eighth and called it waste. Same gallon.
Cartel fuel money does not stay in Mexico. It shows up as a cheaper crossing and a dearer grocery.
CJNG plus a navy title is a supply chain. Treat it like one.
Breitbart named Laguna Farias, CJNG, and the two dead whistleblowers. Start there.
Extradite the next rank. Audit the campaigns. Keep the fuel on the legal rack.
